Travel Readiness Preparation - Virtual

Are you prepared for international travel once again?

AWC The Hague in collaboration with The Heidelberg IWC and the FAWCO Health Team will be hosting a virtual workshop on Travel Readiness Preparation.

Travel Readiness Preparation - International travel, after months of not being able to travel freely, is becoming a reality again. This training will offer you a checklist of important travel preparations as you get ready to travel and want to make sure you are prepared!

Some of the topics that will be addressed include:

•  Risk Assessment of your travel (destination, mode of travel, purpose of travel, etc.).
• The three “R’s” of vaccination – recommended, routine and required vaccinations.
• What should be in your first aid kit?
• Travel Insurance, especially to allow for treatment of COVID,
• Management of your important documents. 

Dr Tharien van Eck will lead this training and be available to answer your questions.

Proceeds will go to the FAWCO Target Project S.A.F.E. - Hope for Women and Girls in Tanzania.
