Due to the current coronavirus restrictions and the 1.5m social distancing requirement, it is not possible to host large gatherings at the clubhouse, so our in-person meeting and potluck luncheon has been cancelled. With important information to impart to the membership, the board has decided a virtual meeting will be best for December's General Meeting.
We will share the results of the clubhouse survey and present an exciting opportunity for a future clubhouse.
Last month, the Gemeente offered to rent us a building in Benoordenhout. We are currently discussing the details with them and would like to get our members' input on this. There are upsides and downsides to this opportunity that we will present at the meeting.
