Election of Officers, Installation Ceremony, & Celebratory Potluck Luncheon
Please join us for the April General Meeting where AWC members will vote on the Slate of Officers for the next club year, 2022-23, that begins on June 1. At the General Meeting, resolutions may only be adopted if a quorum of at least fifteen percent of the members with voting rights is present or validly represented at the meeting, so it is important to either attend or return a proxy ballot. Georgia Regnault, our Parliamentarian, will oversee the voting.
If you are a Member and are unable to attend this meeting, please submit a proxy ballot via email to Georgia at parliamentarian@awcthehague.org. This ballot can be found on our website under "Club Documents" by scrolling down to the bottom blue banner or you can request one directly from Georgia.
Following the election, the Installation of Officers ceremony will take place. Afterwards a celebratory Potluck Luncheon will follow, so please bring a dish to share if you plan to stay for lunch.
