Chocolate Making Workshop
Those of you who attended the December meeting will remember our speaker Tlalit Packer, the chocolatier and owner of ADEA Chocolates.
Tlalit is offering a private workshop for club members to make your own chocolates! You will work with chocolate molds, select your own fillings, learn about chocolate tempering, and so on. Since the workshop is offered prior to Easter, you will also be able to make eggs, rabbits, and chickens for your Easter baskets.
For those who have dietary restrictions, you will have the option of making gluten-free, nut-free, lactose-free or vegan chocolates.
This two-hour workshop in ADEA's shop includes all supplies and the results of your chocolate-making experience!
