Autumn Pottery Workshop!
Zareen Isaac, owner of ‘Fired Up Ceramica’, is offering another fabulous Artisan Handmade Pottery workshop!
This workshop will be divided into 2 sessions, but participants can choose to attend only the first, or both sessions.
The first session on Sept 29 is aimed at either beginner or intermediate level artists, who will have the chance to hand-build a medium sized clay creation, such as one of the following pieces (or similar items of your own unique design):
Cup & Plate
Textured bowls/boxes
Tray with handle
Jars with lid
Planters
Small cups
Designed Platter plate
Cheese board
Flower drop vase
Butter dish
Zareen will choose from a selection of glazes for your piece & will then apply the selected glaze with bisque firing in a kiln. Please note that finished products will be ready for collection around 3 weeks after the class.
Cost: €67 per person for this one session (Sept 29 only)
Students also have the opportunity to participate in an additional session on Oct 13 which is dedicated to students glazing their own artwork. While this session is not mandatory, it serves as the natural progression for returning students who have previously attended Zareen's workshops. No need to have prior experience to attend both sessions.
Cost: €87 per person for both sessions (Sept 29 & Oct 13)
