Sundown Meditation on the Beach
Mindfulness relaxation at the end of a day... enjoy the nature surroundings and guided meditations to nourish your peaceful well-being. Previous meditation experience not required, open to all. Depending on the temps, wear warm clothes and bring a mat & blanket for comfort on the sand.
