PRINSJESDAG LUNCH AT GARUDA - LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY
AWC The Hague has been given a wonderful, last minute opportunity to watch tomorrow's Prinsjesdag procession from the comfort and excellent viewing point of the Garuda restaurant!
Prinsjesdag is the opening of the new parliamentary year. The King and Queen and 2 of their daughters will ride in the Glass Coach from Noordeinde Palace to the Koninklijke Schouwburg. It is always quite a spectacle to witness with a wonderful procession of horses and carriages containing members of the Royal Family and other dignitaries.
Garuda has space for 25 AWC members. We will enjoy a set lunch menu (which will include a starter, rijsttafel and dessert) and a glass of prosecco for 69,50 euros per person - payable at the restaurant. You must arrive at the Garuda restaurant, located on Kneuterdijk 18A between 11-11:45am with lunch being served at 12 (https://www.garuda-denhaag.nl/). We will be located on the first floor of the restaurant which has a wall of large picture windows from which we will have wonderful views of the procession.
