  • Help transport the goods from clubhouse to ASH on Saturday from 8-8:30am
  • Help man the stand for 2 hour time slots
  • Help man the stand for 2 hour time slots
  • Help with clear up and transport stand items back to clubhouse.
  • Help man the stand for 2 hour time slots

In lieu of a holiday bazaar, there will be an AWC The Hague Bake Sale at the American School of The Hague (ASH) Winter Bazaar to raise funds for our philanthropy projects and to raise awareness of AWC. Average attendance for this ever popular and free-entry bazaar is estimated to be well over 500 people.

Volunteers needed on Saturday, Nov 18th!! 

We need your help to make this a success please! Please pitch in as and where you can.

  • Drivers to help transport the goods to ASH on Saturday from 8am-9am (2 volunteers)
  • Volunteers to help man the AWC bake sale stand for 2 hour time slots on Saturday from 9am to 4pm
    • 9am-11pm (2 people)
    • 11-1pm (2 people)
    • 1-3pm (2 people)
    • 3-5pm (help with clear up) and transport stand items back.(2 people)
