Join our empowering discussion on navigating menopause, exploring the transition, and discovering various treatments, including hormone replacement therapy. 


This insightful session is hosted by Monique Boon and Margriet Middel, experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology nurses with extensive expertise. Monique, who established the post-graduate menopause nursing program at Brederode Hogeschool, shares her personal menopause journey. Facing her own menopausal challenges, she sought out effective solutions, dedicating her profession to supporting women in this crucial life stage. As the Head Menopause Nurse at the Gynecology outpatient clinic at HMC in The Hague and founder of "Overgangspraktijk Meer Balans," Monique aims to help women find their inner balance and wellbeing during menopause. Margriet will contribute her insights too, collaborating with Monique as a Menopause Consultant, Fertility Nurse, and O&G Nurse.
