Wassenaar Farmers Market Walk - Join Us!
Jennifer Sturgeon has offered to host another walk, this time to the Farmers Market in Wassenaar! This is not a power walk, but an easy going walk, through the pedestrian zone of Wassenaar and to the farmers market.
Meeting location is Jennifer's house in Wassenaar (address will be sent to everyone who registers).
Jennifer will open her home for coffee/tea from 10 AM until 10:30 AM for anyone that wants to come together before going to Market Wassenaar via Langstraat.
This also gives time for ladies to arrive on different buses.
We will leave for the farmers market at 10:30 AM. The farmers market has all of the basics, it is very quaint and the people are so personable. (it is not big like the market in The Hague or Leiden).
It is about a 3 km walk total. On the way back, we will walk by the windmill.
For those coming by bike, they can securly park their bike in Jennifer's backyard.
For those coming by bus (number 42 or 43, they will want to get off at the Burchtlaan stop).
Cars can park for free on her street, please just don't block a drive way.
This is a stroller friendly walk.
