Our Spring edition is themed: Renewal, growth and rejuvenation. The Yoga will incorporate energizing movements, breathwork and mindfulness to help practitioners feel grounded and refreshed as they transition from Winter to Spring.
DATES: Wednesdays March 12, 19, 26, April 2
TIME: 10:00 – 11:00am (60 minutes per class)
COST: €40 euros per person for 4 classes
NOTES: Kindly arrive 10-15 minutes before class to change clothes or set up and:
1. Bring your own Yoga mat2. Comfortable Yoga clothing3. Avoid eating a heavy breakfast 2 hours before the Yoga class
