Zumba (block of six 45 minute classes)

Come & join the Zumba fun at the AWC Clubhouse with Instructor Naila, where every class will feel like a party! For those who don't know, Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by Latin American dance and music. 

Naila is offering  a block of 6 sessions (45 minute classes) as a starter package for a total cost of 25eu per person.  These are the dates of the 6 sessions*:

Sept 16, 23

Nov 4, 11, 18, 25

*The original first class (Sept 9) has been cancelled, and an additional date (Nov 4) has been added.*

The class is open to all fitness levels, so all AWC members are welcome to come along and give it a try!

Please arrive no later than 9:30am so the class can start promptly at 10am. It is advised to wear comfortable clothing & sports shoes. Please also bring along a water bottle & towel.

There will be an opportunity for classes to resume in January, depending on interest level.

Minimum participants: 8

Registration Deadline: Monday 12 September.
