It's not necessary to attend all sessions.

Mindfulness relaxation at the end of a day... enjoy the nature surroundings and guided meditations to nourish your peaceful well-being. Previous meditation experience not required, open to all. Depending on the temps, wear warm clothes and bring a mat & blanket for comfort on the sand.

TIME: 8 pm - 9:30 pm (time will vary depending on sunset)

MEETING PLACE:  End of Zwarte Pad, Scheveningen parkeerterrein by the Fietsparkeerplaats, Noorderstrand 2

NOTE: If raining, session will be cancelled and possibly rescheduled to another date.
