If you’re interested in exploring new restaurants in and around The Hague, join us once a month for lunch. A different restaurant is selected each month and dates vary. Recommendations are always welcome.

JANUARY

Usher in Chinese New Year with us. Visit a Chinese supermarket in Chinatown & then have dimsum at a restaurant, frequented by many Asians in The Hague. Dimsum is traditional Chinese cuisine meant to be shared & eaten together; a variety of food including several kinds of steamed or fried dumplings, served in small portions.

Meet inside the supermarket or the restaurant accordingly. 

Date: Friday, January 24

Times and Locations:

11:15am - Come explore this Chinese supermarket. An interesting wide range of Chinese products; from fresh tofu to steel woks, from noodles to chopsticks. 

Location: WAH NAM HONG Supermarket, Gedempte Burgwal 8

12:30pm - Restaurant: Full Moon City, Chinatown, Achter Raamstraat 75

Cost: Food and drink are at your own expense

Registration Opens: Tuesday, January 7

Registration/Cancellation Deadline: If you find that you cannot make the lunch after reserving a spot, please cancel your registration a minimum of 3 days in advance of the lunch date. Reservations are confirmed with the restaurant 2 days in advance.
